Owner / Master Carpenter
Troy is married to his beautiful bride, Ellen, and has 3 children: Victoria, Mackenzie, and Garrett. He is a graduate from UCF with a BS degree in Business Administration and Management. In 1985, he began working full-time as a Frame Carpenter for several years with a local company. After college, he gained experience in a wide scope of trades and skills needed to accomplish remodeling projects. Since that time, Troy expanded his business to include start to finish new construction, remodels, and additions for both residential homes and commercial applications.
Lane French
Field Manager / Master Carpenter
Lane is married to his beautiful bride, Laura, and has 3 children; Keith, Evan, and Reece. He has been in the construction industry since the mid ’80s and has learned several different scopes of work through the years ranging from framing to finish carpentry. He has experience in wood and tile flooring but specializes in woodworking; taking pride in the workmanship delivered on every job.
Matt Ward
Trim Carpentry Specialist
With over two decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Matt has honed his skills in delivering quality trim carpentry. Since beginning his career in the late 90s, he has developed expertise across both new construction and remodeling projects, finding satisfaction in helping homeowners build and enhance their living spaces. Matt’s commitment to thorough, high-quality craftsmanship sets him apart, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. Married to his wonderful wife, Joshalynn, and a proud father of three—Sarah, Navy, and Lake—Matt values family and brings that same dedication to each project he undertakes.
Lauren Brooks
Office Manager
Lauren has been married to her husband Josh since 2001 and has 2 boys, Max and Jackson. She is originally from the great state of West Virginia and has lived here in Venice, FL since 2011. She is a graduate of Marshall University, obtaining a Regents B.A. with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Adult Fitness. She has over 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in areas including HR as well as the medical field.
Lauren is typically your first point of contact here at Level 4, and will work hard to ensure that your home building and remodeling experience goes as efficiently as possible from the first phone call to the final inspection!
Mackenzie French
Design / Sales Associate
Mackenzie specializes in both interior design and remodel/project sales, bringing a well-rounded approach to creating beautiful, functional homes. With a strong background in design and a keen eye for detail, she works closely with homeowners and builders to guide them through every aspect of the design and remodeling process. Her experience also extends to project management, where she has successfully coordinated multiple aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines are met and quality is maintained. Mackenzie is passionate about helping clients achieve their vision by providing personalized service, clear communication, and expert guidance. She is committed to delivering spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also tailored to the unique needs and lifestyles of our clients, all while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable project experience.
