Troy French
Owner / Master Carpenter
Troy is married to his beautiful bride, Ellen, and has 3 children: Victoria, Mackenzie, and Garrett. He is a graduate from UCF with a BS degree in Business Administration and Management. In 1985, he began working full-time as a Frame Carpenter for several years with a local company. After college, he gained experience in a wide scope of trades and skills needed to accomplish remodeling projects. Since that time, Troy expanded his business to include start to finish new construction, remodels, and additions for both residential homes and commercial applications.
Lane French
Field Manager / Master Carpenter
Lane is married to his beautiful bride, Laura, and has 3 children; Keith, Evan, and Reece. He has been in the construction industry since the mid ’80s and has learned several different scopes of work through the years ranging from framing to finish carpentry. He has experience in wood and tile flooring but specializes in woodworking; taking pride in the workmanship delivered on every job.
Tim Walsh
Tradesmen Carpenter
Tim comes to us with several years of experience in the construction field. He is most experienced in drywall hanging and finishing, wood and tile flooring, framing, and trim carpentry. Other skills include: garage door installation, cabinetry installation, painting, and landscaping. Tim came recommended to us through a mutual friend, and we are very glad to have him on board with us. He is personable, a hard worker, and takes pride in a job well done. We very much realize that those qualities are hard to find any more, and because of that we are very glad he works with us.
Lauren Brooks
Office Manager
Lauren has been married to her husband Josh since 2001 and has 2 boys, Max and Jackson. She is originally from the great state of West Virginia and has lived here in Venice, FL since 2011. She is a graduate of Marshall University, obtaining a Regents B.A. with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Adult Fitness. She has over 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in areas including HR as well as the medical field.
Lauren is typically your first point of contact here at Level 4, and will work hard to ensure that your home building and remodeling experience goes as efficiently as possible from the first phone call to the final inspection!
