Crane House Remodel

After purchasing The Crane House, I began interviewing multiple local contractors to complete a remodel for the home. As a single woman, I was hesitant that I would be taken advantage of by a contractor who saw me as an easy mark and opportunity to do a shoddy job, as I may not know any better. I was told by some contractors things I wanted in the home were impossible or unrealistic. I was made to feel as if the contractors were doing me a favor by considering my job! This was absolutely not the case when I met with Troy French from Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting. From day one, I found him to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and frank regarding costs. He treated me with respect and candor. He spent as much time as I needed discussing my vision for the home and helped tailor my ideas to create a gorgeous home in the most cost effective way. Always keeping me, the customer, FIRST. They followed through immediately with a cost estimate, scope of work and true time line of completion. Their 3 stage process was impeccably organized and detailed. I appreciated the little things you don't see from other contractors; for example, the Master Checklist for product selections given to me. This simple list alleviated so much stress on my end and streamlined what I needed to do and when. When I unable to decide on a particular design or logistical detail, they offered me options and helped me make informed choices, all the while showing me patience and consideration. As with most renovations, as unexpected issues arise, they pivoted and found resolutions quickly and still kept to their timeline. Lauren, Level 4's Office Manager was an absolute blessing! Always just a phone call, email or text away. She was a wealth of information and I couldn't have come through this without her! She maintained a open line of communication between Troy and me, which I appreciated greatly. I would highly recommend Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting for anyone looking for a remodel done right, with care, concern and humor.
