Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    1. This referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who refer a new client to Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting.
    2. Referrers are prohibited from referring themselves, their own households, or entities in which they hold a controlling interest.
  2. Qualification for Referral Reward
    1. Contract Value: To qualify, the referred client must sign a contract for a new build or renovation project valued at $75,000 or more.
    2. Reward Calculation: The reward is calculated as 1% of the contract value, with a maximum cap of $7,500.
    3. Submission Deadline: Referral details must be submitted to Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting prior to the referred client‘s initial consultation.
    4. No Limits: There is no limit to the number of successful referrals an individual can submit during the promotion period.
  3. Reward Delivery
    1. Timing: Rewards are issued only after the referred client has officially signed the contract and the project is completed and paid in full.
    2. Payment Method: Rewards will be provided in the form of gift cards or check. The form of payment is subject to change without notice.
  4. Multiple Referrals & Disputes
    1. In the event that the same individual is referred by multiple people, only the first person to submit the referral will be eligible for the reward.
    2. Eligibility is determined on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the timestamp of the confirmation email or text sent by Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting.
  5. Disputes and Decision Making
    1. In the event of any disputes or need for clarification, Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting decision will be final and binding.
  6. Consent for Marketing
    1. By participating in the referral program, you consent to Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting using your name and photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
    2. Referrers may be required to provide photographs if requested.
  7. Reward Flexibility
    1. Referral rewards will be issued in the form of a gift card or check.
    2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    3. Gift cards and/or checks may have an expiration date, and failure to redeem before the expiry will render them null and void.
    4. Form of payment is subject to change without notice.
  8. Tax Liability
    1. Referrers are responsible for any tax implications or reporting requirements resulting from the receipt of a referral reward. Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting will not be held liable for any unpaid taxes on the reward value.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    1. Level 4 Custom Homes and Contracting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
